今夜は、アジフライとイカフライ

副菜に鶏つくね
ネギ、生姜、椎茸のみじん切りたっぷりで練り合わせ、焼き鳥だれで
箸休めはお隣から頂いた、きゅうりの梅鰹と瓜の漬物
お椀は豆腐と椎茸に茗荷の味噌汁

暑さに負けず、しっかり食べて元気に過ごしましょう
