本来なら今日は土用の丑の日で鰻ですが、夕方まで東京で仕事だったので、帰りにフライドチキンだけ買って、うちは土用の鶏の日

サラダは家庭菜園で採れたバジルでマルゲリータとチーズとスイートコーン

サラダはトマト、アボカド、玉ねぎにチーズ

スープは豆乳の野菜ポタージュ

カフェ飯になってしまいました。

たまにはいいですね😆
