今日は朝から夕方まで、出たり、入ったりでバタバタ

夕方仕事ついでに近所のスーパーに立ち寄り、家には卵があるので
鶏肉、ミツバを買って、今夜は親子丼に

鶏肉は、塩麹で揉んで、先にグリルして軽く火を通し、バーナーで表面を香ばしく焼いてから煮ます。

副菜はお椀

冷蔵庫に残っていたさつまいも、にんじん、大根、椎茸で根菜汁に

箸休めに先日境町の道の駅の国頭村ショップで買った海ブドウ、冷奴に茗荷、きゅうり、塩昆布をみじぎりした自家製ダシを乗せて

バランスのいい夕飯になりました。

やはり和食は最強ですね😆
