今夜はご近所さんの奥様が腰を痛めて寝たきりになり、このタイミングでご主人が出張という事で、見守りを兼ねて、お弁当を作って、家内に届けてもらいました。

幸い、痛みも引いてきたとの
よかったよかった😊

中身はうちの夕飯と全く同じ。お裾分けみたいなものです😆

豚ヒレを買っていたので、しっかりスジとりし、太さを整えて塩麹してラップで巻いて下ごしらえ完了！

副菜はポテトサラダと玉子焼き

お椀は、昨日買っておいたヒラタケとネギたっぷりの味噌汁

美味しくいただきました。
