今夜は昨日のすき煮がまだ残っているので、汁物代わりに蕎麦だけ茹でて、家庭菜園の大葉と買い置きの蓮根とイカを天ぷらにして添えて、辛味大根で

昨日家内が湯葉を買った時に保冷剤代わりにくれたおからを副菜に

箸休めは頂いた泉佐野の水茄子

ご飯は玄米

デザートに紫芋の茶巾

あるもので、健康的な食事になりました。
