今日は全く外に出られなかったので、少しずつ残っているもので和イタリアン

今日は暦では重陽。縁起のいい日とか？また、急に気温が下がるこの時期はさつまいもやカボチャなど身体を温める食材がいい！と親戚の漢方薬局から情報を得たのでメインはカボチャとさつまいもの豆乳シチュー、出汁は昆布だし、ミルクの代わりに豆乳

作るもので材料仕分け
まずはあるもの引っ張り出して
メニューを決めながらグループ分け
さつまいもとかぼちゃは食べる20分前に
キャベツの塩をしてしばらく水分を抜き、カニカマ、昆布だしとあえるだけ
トッピングは菜園でとれたシソ
フレッシュトマトとエリンギの茎、ニンニクをオリーブオイルで炒めて、リゾットのソースをたしてパスタソース完成
大場をちぎって散らして完成
細ネギ、ニンニクを炒め、トマトソースを入れてリーズを削って加えて塩胡椒+昆布だしでリゾットソースは完成、食べる前にあまりご飯と混ぜて完成

副菜にあまりご飯でトマトリゾット

ご近所さんから頂いたスイスのチーズをたっぷり

もう一品

業務スーパーの青のニンニクを使い、昆布だしで整えたトマトガーリックパスタ

サラダ代わりにあまりキャベツを塩でしんなりさせて、カニカマに昆布出汁とオリーブオイルで和えてみました。なかなか正解！

見た目イタリアン、味に和を感じる食事

和食とイタリアンは親和性がいいですね😆

デザートに家庭菜園でできたミントを市販のアイスに混ぜてミントね香りゆたかなグレープアイス😆
