今夜は、名古屋飯『味噌煮込みうどん』

家内もばあさんも気温変化について行けず、体調不良
こんな時は代謝をあげて、基礎体温あげて、自己免疫力アップで対処‼️
という事で、鶏肉、大根、にんじん、生姜、ネギに八丁味噌をやすまる出汁で溶いてた汁で熱々の鍋焼きうどんにしました。

  • 鶏肉はあらかじめよく洗う
  • 洗った鶏肉を塩麹で揉んでしばらく寝かせる
  • 味噌スープはやすまる出汁でスープを作り、そこに八丁味噌（赤味噌）+麹味噌+みりんを多めにして
  • うどんはあらかじめ下茹で
  • 鶏肉は下茹でして味噌酢スープと1時間煮込み
  • 土鍋にうどん、野菜を盛り付け、スープを張って、鶏肉をのせ、火にかけて煮上がったらネギ、ミツバをトッピング

ポカポカです😆

箸休めはきゅうりとトマトのナムルと新生姜の甘酢漬けにさつまいもの甘露煮。
デザートに梨（梨は女性にはいいですよ）
