今夜は保存食のローテーションを兼ねて、コープの買い置き冷凍食材で

メインは小ぶりのカキフライ

副菜はさばの照り焼き

箸休めは余っていた大根サラダの梅鰹節和えと三色豆

お椀は冷凍イワシつみれの赤だし

緊急用にストックしている冷凍食材ですが、なかなか美味しくいただきました。

最近の冷凍食材はすごいですね😆

まだまだ暑い日が続きます。
