今夜は和風ハンバーグ

鶏のひき肉がなかったので、一般的な合挽を使用
和風にするために玉ねぎのほかにんじん、椎茸、生姜、ネギのみじん切りに合わせ出汁
豆腐を加えて柔らかく仕上げました。
ソースはカボチャの煮汁に酢と味醂を加えてしめじを煮てあんかけに
大葉と一緒に頂くとなかなかでした。

添え物はカボチャの煮物に残っていた茄子とオクラの炒め煮、胡麻和え
小鉢に卵焼き、キクラゲと玉ねぎ、きゅうり、茗荷の酢の物
お椀は、残りのシメジのお味噌汁をネギたっぷりで
箸休めは白花豆

知人が体調を崩されたので、ついでにお裾分け弁当を作ってみました。
早く全快されますように。
