もちろん国産つどはないので、まず、しっかり洗い、酒で蒸し焼き新たにタレをかけてふわふわ玉子焼きに刻んだ鰻を乗せてウナ玉丼
年寄り3人にはこれで充分です。

副菜は塩茹でした木綿豆腐を和だしのあんかけで

これが大正解‼️

箸休めに黒豆、玉ねぎの酢の物、大根おろしにジャコ

お椀は大根、にんじん、椎茸のお吸い物にミツバ

和食はやっぱりいいですね😃
