今夜のテーマは芋とかぼちゃ

ポテトサラダに紫芋、さつまいも、カボチャがあるので鶏肉だけ買ってチキンカツにし、芋類を消費
鶏肉は安売りしているものなので、よーく洗って塩麹、日本酒で漬け込み、さらに洗ってからチキンカツに

臭みもなく柔らかくいただきました。

さつまいもは塩茹でして、おやつ的に

カボチャは皮を剥がして茹で、コンソメ、ミルク、塩胡椒て味を整え、ミキサーにかけてなめらかなカボチャの冷製ポタージュに

そおに舞茸、ヒラタケ、ベーコン、ほうれん草のソテー

紫芋は茹でて潰して、砂糖、バター、クリームチーズ、粉、ミルクで練って、デザートのパウンドケーキに。先日いただいたイチヂクのジャムとクリームチーズでいただきました。

やはりワンプレートは便利ですね
